Why do I need an appointment?

Stafford Centre hosts events every day of the week and all hours of the day. Out of respect for our clientele, we do not allow tours during an event. Private events may not appear on our calendar, so it’s always recommended to contact our administrative office at 281-208-6900 to schedule a tour.

When can I book a day and space?
Our booking policy allows for most events to place 10 day complimentary holds beginning at 365 days prior to the event date. Large multiple day events may place 10 day complimentary holds 18 months in advance. 
Holds are placed at the time of your initial appointment and any time afterward. Please submit an online booking entry here or call 281-208-6900 to speak to a sales representative.
What are the building hours for events?

Stafford Centre allows bookings between 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM. Restrictions to allow for cleaning and room setups may apply.

Do I have to bring ice?

Available ice is provided at no additional charge. Stafford Centre has two large commercial ice machines on site. Rolling ice carts may be used to transport ice into your event space.

Is there a charge for parking?

There is no charge to self park at Stafford Centre. In some cases, a public event may arrange valet services that will require an additional fee.

What are the office hours?

Stafford Centre administrative office is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. 

What size tables can the building provide?
Stafford Centre provides tables and chairs at no additional cost. We have a limited inventory of the following sizes:
  • 72” rounds
  • 18” x 6’ rectangular
  • 30” x 6’ rectangular
  • 30” x 8’ rectangular
  • Padded banquet chairs
  • Plastic folding chairs
A limited number of carpeted stage decks may also be available. 
What is Your Catering Policy?

Stafford Centre’s open catering policy enables our clientele to select licensed caterers of their choice therefore creating a truly magnificent one-of-a-kind event. For those clients requiring more elaborate accommodations, the Stafford Centre boasts a 3,000 square foot commercial kitchen fully outfitted with food prep areas, walk-in freezer and refrigerator, multiple ovens and cooking appliances including a high temperature dishwasher.

Does the building provide dollys, carts, ladders or extension cords?
Stafford Centre does not provide dollys or carts for load-in/load-out. We do have a pallet jack and dock plate that may be used for large crates.
